Hi,

I want to push data from Dripify to Salesforce. I’ve created a Webhook Catch and pushing it into Salesforce. When i tested it zapier used dummy data (Bill Gates), and it was successfully pished to Salesforce. Problem: everytime there is a trigger to create a lead,  it’s only the dummy data that is pushed again (i get new leads entered as Bill Gates, istead of x, y etc)

Input very much welcomed!

Hi @AndreaSikoia

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings.

Hi @AndreaSikoia,

Welcome to the Community.

If your Zap uses sample data from Dripify instead of real-time data in Salesforce, ensure the webhook in the 'Catch Hook' step correctly pulls in live data. Also, check that the Salesforce 'Create Lead' step maps fields from the webhook, not static text. Finally, edit your Zap, test the updates, and confirm the data flows correctly. A screenshot will also help us identify the issue. For security purposes, obscure any sensitive information within the screenshot.

Let us know if you have further questions. We're happy to assist you.

Thank you for getting engaged with this.

Please see some screenshot attached. It looks like it’s pulling data but sometimes they push through ‘bill gates’ which is the dummy data Zap used in the initial testing stage… Do we know why that is?

All help much appreciated!

Hi there, @AndreaSikoia 👋

It appears that there’s an issue with some of the images that were uploaded—only one can be viewed:

Would you mind re-uploading the other images so we can see what fields have been selected in the Salesforce action?

That said, if it’s sending the same data every time the Zap runs then it could just be that those values were typed in instead of selecting the field from the Webhooks action (see: Why is my Zap action adding the same data each time it occurs?). Do you think that could be the case?

Looking forward to hearing from you!
