Error code: "The route oauth/refresh could not be found."

Hiya

 

I have a zap thats supposed to run from Squarespace form to add to MailerLite subscriber but keep getting this error message:

The app returned "The route oauth/refresh could not be found.".

When I log in to look at Zap it says it’s running fine and I even deleted the zap and made it again but still getting the same message via email. 

 

Any help would be really appreciated please
