I keep getting an error saying the password is wrong but its not wrong. I also created another account and added it as an admin. I tried connecting through that user and I get the same error

I can see you were able to reach out to support and we’re able to get this sorted which I’m so glad!
If you don’t mind sharing how you ended up arriving at your solution, I’m sure the rest of the Community would love to hear as well. 
I tried to connect using a different browser and it worked! I was using brave originally and then tried with chrome and that worked. I have a lot of plugins in my brave browser so it was probably one of those.
