Emma group isn't showing up in Zap when adding subscribers from Pipedrive.

I am simply trying to add subscribers to a specific audience group in emma. The trigger is when a new deal is created in pipedrive. For some reason, none of my Groups in emma pop up here (just the “custom” pipedrive fields), so I don’t know where new subscribers are getting added. The Zap “works” but I don’t know where the subscribers are going if I haven’t selected a group. Any ideas appreciated!

Hi @lydiadc

Good question.

Try using the Group tab (left of Custom) to select the Group.

@Troy Tessalone Nothing populates under the Group tab, hence my question.

@lydiadc

Check the Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

@Troy Tessalone thanks. Data Out for emma says “added: false” so I guess the Zap isn’t actually working. I don’t know how to fix that if Zapier won’t let me choose a group to send a subscribers to.

@lydiadc

Check that your Emma permissions/settings are configured correctly.

If you know the internal Emma ID for the Group, then you can try setting that ‘Custom’ value and testing.

If you have a paid Zapier plan, then you can try opening a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

FYI: Most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves.

If there is an issue with the Emma Zap app integration, then it’ll likely be on the Emma app developers to fix.

Thank you! I have the ID but when forcing it under “Custom” I still get a false return on the Data Out. Reaching out to emma customer service now.
