Email id field getting appended with the letter "k"

Yesterday the integration between my google form and Salesforce was working like a dream but today there seems to be an error.


the integration is happening but when a record is getting created in salesforce the email address in the email id field is getting appended with the letter “k”


I tried creating a record at least 6 times and with different email addresses but each time the same error gets thrown.


Any idea why ?

Hi @Tara22 

Check your Zap config to see if there is a static value of “k” in the Email field.

Check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to see if you can identify when the “k” is introduced:

Otherwise, check your Salesforce Workflow Rules.
