Email from Coupontools with zapier

Hello! Im having a problem with my Zap using Coupontools. Inside Coupontools you can send Emails, but all my zaps made the same error:

 

Failed to create an email in Coupontools

The app returned "HTTP/1.1 422 Unprocessable entity.".

 

For what I inderstand error 422 are format errors, but I have use the “formating” tool from zapier, and still the problem. ¿Anyone have experiment this issue?

Would you be able to share some screenshots of how your Zap is set up in your Zap editor, including the details of the step where you’re sending an email?
