I have an incredibly simple zap that should send an email every day at a specific time. When I test, the email is sent. But when the time arrives for the email to be sent on its own, nothing happens.

Check the time zone configured on your Zapier account profile.

Check the time zone configured on your Zap.

Check your Zap Runs history for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

TIP: It is recommended to use your own email account. (e.g. Gmail, Outlook)

Hi @AutoNovice

For us to have more info about what you are referring to, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
