We have a Zap to send a message to a Slack channel when an Order Create event fires in BigCommerce. This similar setup worked great when we were on Shopify, but we recently moved our site. Now the notification is sent 3x per new order that is created. Can you help?

I looked into the issue you're experiencing, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any related problems or known issues that could explain it. It's possible that this is a bug that needs further investigation. In order to get to the bottom of it, I suggest reaching out to our Support team.
