Has anyone noticed in an Excel Zap, the Email field has been duplicated, which throws out the order of the inserted data into Excel.
Where I’m trying to map Gravity Forms email data into the normally single element field for the email address on the sheet, there are 2 form elements appearing where I map the gravity forms field to the excel field, but this phantom field is now acting like the next element - which is a phone number. The insert takes the phantom email field and inserts the phone number into another cell. This is happening on all my zaps.
Created a new zap from scratch - the same thing ins happening. Frustrating.
Any ideas??

For us to have context about what you are referring to post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode as well as the DATA OUT from the Zap trigger step.

I just came across this and wanted to check how you’re getting on. Did you manage to get rid of that duplicate email field?
If so, would you be up for sharing how you did that? It would be really helpful for folks that might be running into the same issue. 🙏
And if not, can you share some screenshots as Troy mentioned so we can take a closer look? Be sure to remove any personal info (names, emails etc.) before sharing, using a tool like Zappy.
