Hi,

I hope you are doing well.

I created a Dropbox to YouTube Zap but it’s not working.

There are no errors. When I run my zap manually it just goes to “Looking for new files...” that’s it:

Nothing happens, History remains empty, and nothing gets upload.

Here are the details screenshots of my Zap integration:

Please help me to make it work.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi @veajawad

Good question.

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Help articles for using Dropbox in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/dropbox/help

Hi,

I hope you are doinf well.

Thanks for your response.

My Zap is already turned ON for new data going forward.

And it’s working perfectly fine for Vimeo but not working for YouTube.

Please help me to make it work.

@veajawad

Did you check your Zap Runs for activity/issues?

https://zapier.com/app/history/

Yes, And it’s empty.

I am using paid plan.

What do I do to fix it?

When I run a test when I am editing my zap it works for Vimeo but not for youtube.

I have already shared all of my Zap Settings screenshots above.

Waiting for your response.

Thanks

FYI: You can search Zap apps here: https://zapier.com/apps

NOTE: Each Zap app has a profile page that lists help articles along with the available triggers/actions.

Thanks for the links.

I went ahead and read all of these documents and made sure I have followed everything correctly.

I am still facing the same issue.

Did you find any issue in my screenshots?

Waiting for the help.

Thanks

Hi there @veajawad,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Are you trying to upload the file in Dropbox using the app’s desktop version? If so, that could be the reason why the Zap is not triggering.

Could you please try uploading the file to the app’s web version to see if the Zap will trigger?

Please keep us posted!
