I have a Zap that is just not triggering. I’m able to pull test data into Zapier and push it into Salesforce, but nothing is happening automatically.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured so we can see which app events you are using in each step.

Please post screenshots of Data In, Data Out as well as how each Zap step is configured for us to have more context.
Make sure that the Zap is turned on and you are using the correct trigger event. It will also just work for new data and not for any old data. Here is a helpful article about Zap isn’t triggering- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496199211277-Zap-isn-t-triggering. Hope it helps!
