I have a zap triggering from Keap Max Classic that when a tag is applied it will trigger a signature request in Docusign.

However, when setting up the DocuSign values, the Recipient role is blank and states “No Options Available”   I’m wondering if this is due to how the docusign template is setup or something to do with the type of docusign subscription I have?  

Error when testing: Recipient Role required if Recipient Email or Recipient Name provided. Provide a role, clear out email and name, or contact us for more help.

Any help is appreciated.

That drop-down should be showing every role that is defined on the template. Does the template selected have any roles defined on it?
