Hi community,
In Dialpad’s trigger, scope can only be “specific mainline”, “specific contact center”, and “specific department”.
But we have 10+ contact center and the number keeps increasing. Is there way to trigger the Zap for any call from all contact centers so we don’t need to set up a zap for each contact center?

If possible, you’d likely have to explore using an advanced approach using Dialpad webhooks or the Dialpad API.
