Dialpad - can only see test data

Hi there,

Trying to set up the Dialpad integration so the trigger is an outbound call from anyone in the company. Selected “scope” = “office”. However, only test data is shown when I did a test run. 

 

When I set the scope to be from a specific user (myself), it seems to work. But my goal is to have the trigger for any outbound call.

 

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Hi @klarityIT 

Good question.

Some Zap app integrations only return representative test data for the trigger step examples so that you can configure the action steps.

Try turning the Zap ON and testing.

Then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot.
