Im performing a Zap this is working perfectly.
The only problem I am facing is that when the Zap inputs the data in tables its being inputted in reverse even thought that I have already:-
But it still shows up in reverse and I am out of ideas…. Please help!

Format the date as YYYY-MM-DD in the Zap step and pass to Zapier Tables as YYYY-MM-DD.
Set the desired data format in the Zapier Table field config.

One more question just for me to know please:
In the instance I want the date and time to show without the time zone. Would I input the record in Zapier tables as YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ssZ (the original record that i get) and then convert in table to include the time in HH:mm:ss format? I guess that should work.

Yes, best to use ISO timestamp format, then specify the format and time zone in the Zapier Table field configuration.

Just want to confirm something as I also did some zapping on google sheets and excel and realized that everything is working in the same way.
The best practice was to always input the data as year-month-date and then format as you wish.
Is this a standard practice for all prorgams? As Im going to start standardising this always the same way with all my countless amounts of sheets that I am dealing with.

When in doubt, send data in ISO formatted datetime formats, unless specified otherwise.
