Date formatter issue - Notion

I am creating a zap to update Notion database items from a spreadsheet.

I am having trouble because the date is out of our time zone.

I thought it should be set to the same time zone.

Hi @mizo

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings.

Also, outline a specific example for us about the time zone issue.

Hi @mizo 👋

Just wanted to check how things are going, were you since able to get this resolved?

If not, we’d be happy to help further - just send over some screenshots as Troy mentioned, so we can get a better idea of the current set up and see where things might need some tweaking. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

As it sounds like there could be an issue with the timezone that’s been selected I wanted to shared this guide in the meantime in case it’s helpful to you: Zap dates or times are incorrect

Looking forward to hearing from you on this!
