Data sync error from Hello bar to HubSpot

Hi, 

I am trying to sync leads with relevant contact information from Hello bar to Hubspot. But I see that contact information is getting merged with existing contact on Hubspot. How do I fix this? I am on the free plan

Welcome to the Community.

 

HubSpot’s automatic deduplication feature merges contact with the same email address to prevent duplicates. However, this can cause new information to merge with existing contacts. Free plan users can’t turn off this feature. Still, potential workarounds include using a different unique identifier, creating a new property in HubSpot for the latest information, or upgrading to a paid plan.

 

Always test your Zapier Zaps and consider contacting HubSpot support if issues persist.

  • How your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode
  • Examples of the merged data you mentioned
