Hello,

I’m having trouble using the custom actions that I’ve created. They show up on my dashboard of custom actions, but not when I want to actually use it in the zap creation. Any ideas?

Make sure you published the Custom Action.

The custom action was published, and I even tried unpublishing and republishing. Should I contact support?

This is exact thing is happening to me as well. Custom action created and published. Go back to library to use custom action from events tab and it shows as blank like before I had a custom action. Please help. Thanks!
