"CSRF failed: CSRF token from the 'X-Csrftoken' HTTP header incorrect" error

Regardless of any Zap I use, whether it be to modify one I already have or create a new one, I am getting the "CSRF failed: CSRF token from the 'X-Csrftoken' HTTP header incorrect" error whenever I try to do any action, preventing me from going forward. This error was happening yesterday and is still happening today.

As I’m on a free plan(at the moment), I’m not permitted to create a support ticket. I saw this issue in the forums a few years ago:

So I don’t know if this is indeed the case and will be fixed soon, or if there’s an issue with my account. I run Zapier accounts for a handful of clients and this is the the only account I’m experiencing this issue on.

Hi @avanstaxcfo

Try using a new/different browser/device to see if that corrects the issue.

Hi there, @avanstaxcfo 👋

Just wanted to check how you’re getting with this. Did Troy’s suggestion of trying a new/different browser get rid of that “CSRF Failed” error?

Keep us posted on how it’s going, want to make sure this gets sorted!
