Went through the process of connecting our lead ads to our third party CRM system through Zapier but when I go to set up the acts in Ads Manager, it says it is not connected. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Hi Barbie!
Zapier will not show up in the “connected crms” section of facebook lead ads (if that is what you are referring to). The CRM is connected through Zapier so Facebook would not know about that connection. As long as you are able to see your pages & forms when setting up your trigger in Zapier and if you see activity in your Zap History after you get a new lead, you are all set!
