Hello Zapiers, i am trying to create offer record in my Zoho recruitbut Zapier keeps telling me that i have an error that some required fields are not mapped or missing the value, but in reality all the fields are mapped and filled out, contacted support several times but never receive and answer, i also contacted Zoho support and they told me that issue is related to Zapier itself.

Time and date fromates enterd in the module are from zoho docs, the format they accept.

Any help will be much appreciated, thanks in advance!

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try reconnecting your Zoho Recruit after that, please head to the “Create Record” action step and click on the refresh fields button. Like so:

I followed the steps and still have an issue, i also had an communication with Zoho team and this is what they answered 

Seems that they have some issues on their and, but as zapier had an option to create an offer we thoguht its working but seems that its not working and there is no issue on my side.

I have a hunch that you’re running into a bug with the Zoho Recruit app. I recommend reaching out to our Support Team to create a bug report on your behalf as well.
