Question

Create Zoom Webinar Registrant from Gravity Forms Submission

I am creating a zap from Gravity Forms to Zoom:

Trigger: Gravity Forms Submission

Action: Create Zoom Webinar Registrant

 

When I get to the point where I am supposed to select the Zoom Webinar to create the registration in, the Zoom Webinar is not showing up in the list.  I have done this before successfully, but this time I am stumped as to why I can’t find the Zoom Webinar (I have checked in Zoom and it is showing up). 

 

If it makes a difference, the event was setup on my coworker’s Zoom account that I have access to in Zoom

Try using a Zoom account that owns the Webinar.

 

I can't connect my Zoom account

If you're having trouble connecting to your account, check to see:

  • Is Zapier pre-approved in the Zoom Marketplace? If not, contact your Zoom admin.
  • How many Zoom accounts are connected to your Zapier account? Right now, only 1 Zoom account can be connected to 1 Zapier account.
