Create Lead in Odoo CRM not configurable

Hello,

I was configuring “Create Lead in Odoo CRM” step but somehow after several days it no longer shows me the “Action” tab with parameters to fill, see attachment here:

 

I only have App & event, Account and Test. Obliviously when launching test it gives me error, but I can’t understand what it is, I only know it’s related to the php XML-RPC

How can this be solved?

You may wan to reach out to Odoo Support for possible guidance for how to troubleshoot.

 

 

About the Odoo CRM Integration

  • Admin/owner permissions:
    • Only works with instances that are hosted at odoo.com and will not work for self-hosted instances.
    • For self-hosted instances, use the OpenERP integration.
