I keep getting this error and cannot create a bitly link as part of a Zap where it is triggered with a Salesforce Record creation. I did some research in the community but couldn’t find any answers. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hmm, that error message doesn’t give much information but as it mentions throttling my best guess here is that you’re running into some rate limit with Bitly.
Can you confirm what Bitly plan you’re currently on? Asking as looking at the Bitly API documentation on Rate Limits it appears that different plans have different rate limits. From their documentation, it sounds like you’d need to wait either one hour or one minute before trying again.
Can you try testing that Create Bitlink action again to see if it’s now able to through successfully? Looking forward to hearing how that goes! 🙂
