How do I fix this eror when trying to trigger Oncehub with ActiveCampaign?

Hello @Gina King 

Did you try adding a Create or Update Contact Action Step of ActiveCampaign and mapped the fields from your Trigger step correctly?

If yes please share the screenshots of how you configured the zap here so we can help you better.

This is the error message when I try to enter the Oncehub Log in ID and API key of Oncehub to Zapier in this field:
