We recently switched to Ruzuku Pro. I’ve tested the Ruzuku connection and it’s working. However, when trying to set up a zap, the courses field is not populating with any of my Ruzuku courses.

 

What do I do to resolve this?

You can try some of these troubleshooting fixes-

  • Try reconnecting the app connection.
  • Reload the dropdown menu.
  • Make sure it has sufficient permissions.
  • Manually enter the Course Name or Id to see if it fetches the correct data.
