Couldn't find a new employee in Hibob when testing the Trigger

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to integrate Hibob with Notion, I already put API key and Company ID to Zapier, connection test is successful but even though Zapier is not able to find any events.
Even when new employee was being created and in the same time I was trying to catch him, Zapier didn’t see anything.

Any ideas?

Hi @itramp!

I’m sorry that you’re having trouble getting a test item for your Zap. It sounds like you’re doing the right thing, but just in case this section of our help guide on triggers walks you through how to test an instant trigger. 

If you try the steps in the guide and still can’t find a new employee with the trigger, I’d recommend getting in touch with the Zapier Support team using the Get Help form as they will be able to dig into this with you by looking at your Zap and its logs.
