I’ve set up a Zap to send Lead Form data from ConvertKit over to AirTable. The records are being created, but only some of the fields are being populated. I’m having inconsistent errors. The test zap sends all the data, but real world lead form fills are not resulting in all the fields being zapped. Why?

Sometimes the Source/Medium/Campaign/Keyword data comes through, and sometimes not. In the testing, everything comes through just fine. So the question is…. why would I only get PARTIAL records being created? For example, only name, email, phone coming through, but no lead form message, no Source data, other fields coming through blank.

Hi @Laura Pitney

ConvertKit help article about UTM parameters: https://help.convertkit.com/en/articles/4446616-automatic-utm-parameters

e.g. If someone goes directly to the form page, then there would be no UTM parameters tracked.

Thanks for your reply. The issue seems to be that the Zap isn’t picking up all the data from the fields within Convertkit. The data is being RECEIVED by ConvertKit from the WP Forms lead form. So why isn’t the zap taking in all that data and transferring it over to AirTable?

@Laura Pitney

ConvertKit sends data to the Zap trigger step.

Are those data points available in the data returned by the Zap trigger step?

If data points are missing, then that means ConvertKit may not have captured that data point.
