When creating the Connection to the server I get the following error: authentication failed: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'response_status')
Copied and pasted the Integration Key, verified the domain. No Idea what next

When it comes to the error here, this does not seem to be one of the common errors in the ManageEngine ServiceDesk on-premises app that we see often.
As this does look like more in-depth investigation would be best, Can you open up a ticket with our team at https://zapier.com/app/get-help?
Once we have this opened, we can get more all around via the logs, on whats occurring at this time.
