Connecting Google Sheets to Call Tools for contact updates

I can not seem to connect google sheets to call tools. I want it to update the contact or add a contact when I create a new row. For some reason it is not working properly. Can Anyone help?

  • how your Zap steps are outlined in order
  • how your Zap step are configured in the CONFIGURE tab with the field mappings VISIBLE
  • any encountered errors
