Connecting Autotask sandbox getting a "EXPIRED - Autotask PSA " error

I’m trying to test my Zapier snap in a Autotask sandbox before moving it over to the live environment. 

I’ve created an API user and I’ve given the API credentials it needs but when I connect the user to Zapier I get a “EXPIRED - Autotask PSA” and a “This auth is expired. Please reconnect it here.” alert. Does anyone know what this means and how to resolve it?

It’s all working now. It took about an two hours to sync.

I just spoke to support at Autotask and they told me everything on my side seems to be fine. They asked for the Zapier to take a look at the Autotask integration on their side.
