Hi,

 

I have connected archie app to zoho. The zap connects any new booking a tour, to a list to sent them automated emails.

 

This all works fine but I have noticed today that all new customers are getting put into the zoho cycle when I only want tour booking. This means customers who are actually buying space at our venue are getting put in the tour email cycle. I was gonna setup another cycle for people who actually purchase space.

 

The trouble is I dont see an event trigger in archie for a new tour booking? Id this something that can be added?

How did you get on with Troy’s suggestion here? Did adding a Filter or Paths to the Zap do the trick?
