Connecting a Google Form to Slack

To troubleshoot your Google Form to Slack Zap, ensure your trigger ("New Response in Spreadsheet") and action ("Send Channel Message") are correctly set. Use "Test Trigger" to confirm data is pulled from the Google Sheet and "Test Action" to verify the Slack message is sent to the correct channel. Check permissions for both apps, review Zap History for errors, and confirm your Zap is turned on. If issues persist, share specific error details for further assistance.

How did you get on with Jammer’s suggestions? Did they help you to get the Zap working? 

If not, it might be worth setting your Google Form to store responses in a Google Sheets spreadsheet (if it isn’t doing that already). Then, set the Zap to use the New Spreadsheet Row (Google Sheets) trigger instead. Just thinking that if there’s issues with the Google Forms trigger, it might help to try triggering on the form responses that are added into new rows on the connected spreadsheet instead.
