I have created a RMA form that tracks Returns for our company. If a return has not been touched in 20 days, I would like to send a reminder to our customer that a return is pending and might be cancelled if we do not receive the merch back. Is there a way to:
- weekly, start a task that reviews records in the RMA form in cognito
- sends a reminder email to our customer if the date sent is 20+ days old
- sends a note to the sales team to follow up if it is more than 30 days old
Not sure how to spin the records in the cognito form (database) on a weekly basis using Zapier. Cognito does not offer this functionality.
