What type of communication actually triggers the New Communication trigger in Clio? Clio has a new feature that autofiles emails to matters and records an email communication to the matter. This doesn’t trigger a zap. What does? Also, in working on this zap, I’m only able to import three test records. There doesn’t seem to be any logic to which three.

I had a look at Clio’s webhooks documentation and it doesn’t seem like the New Communication trigger would be limited to a specific communication type. If it’s not triggering for communications created after the Zap was switched on then I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team with details of a recent communication that the Zap should have triggered on. They’ll be able to check the logs for the Zap to see if Clio sent anything over to the Zap and determine whether there’s a bug or some other reason why the Zap didn’t trigger.

And on the 3 test records, that's expected behaviour for instant triggers like the New Communication trigger. When testing the trigger it should load the 3 most recently received items, though some apps will only provide generic sample data instead of real data for the test records.
