I am testing a Zapier AI agent and I have connected my Clay.com account, see screenshot for the successful test message.

I am trying to add a trigger for Clay but when I try to select my workspace, the message states that none exists, see screenshot.

How can I resolve?

Apologies, I meant an action with Clay, not a trigger. 

I had defined the trigger as on demand and I was trying to choose the create record in table action for Clay when I ran into this message of ‘no options available’. I’ve also tried the other Workspace ID values in the dropdown but I see the same message.

@Troy Tessalone thanks - I’ve regenerated my Clay API key and re-added the connection to Zapier, see screenshot that the connection is successful.

I tried to add an action for Clay in a zap and I was able to manually add my workspace ID and then select my table, see screenshot.

But when I try to do the same in the agent, I have the same issue - when I select the workspace ID options, I cannot see my workspace IDs and I cannot manually add, see screenshot.

From your Zap step, are you able to select the Workspace ID from the dropdown list while in Static mode?

TIP: Click the Workspace ID field label to see a tooltip with more info that may be helpful.

 


@Troy Tessalone yes, I can select in the zap but not in the agent, see the screenshot for the agent.

Your screenshot from the Zap shows CUSTOM mode, but what about being able to select the Workspace ID from the dropdown list while in STATIC mode?

If you can’t select in STATIC mode in the Zap step config, then that is likely why you can’t select in the Agent config.

That is the same reason you are not able to select the Workspace in the Agents.

The field issue may be related to your Clay plan.

Try working with Clay Support for help with their Zap app integration.
