Hello Team, having a strange error when trying to transcribe audio or video files with chatGPT.  I’ve tried both MP3s and MP4s. When I set the step with the OpenAI app, and select the mp3 or mp4, the error message I get is that “txt files aren’t supported.” I’m definitely not using any txt files. You can see the file type being sent in the screenshot. Is there something I’m missing here?

I thought it was the response format but even that being cleared generates the same error message.

I appreciate anyone helping out here.

Hi @christocarroll

Looks like you might have the file name mapped instead of a file link or a file object.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab.

Hey Troy,

You are absolutely right! My mistake here I was sending the title of the file, not the file itself. I have now learned that I exhausted my API tokens so I need to figure that out. We can close this out. Thank you so much for helping here.
