Hi,

I’ve been working with the Zapier chatbot for a few months now. I have provided it with extensive data sources including databases (which are updated daily) and individual web pages all set to sync daily.

After updating several offers at the start of the month however, I’ve noticed that it continues to serve responses based on the old data. Why is this happening and how can I prevent it?

Are you on the Advanced Plan for Zapier Chatbot because otherwise your knowledge sources will be limited to 500KB and weekly+monthly sync? See more about the plans here- https://zapier.com/app/chatbots/pricing

 

There are also specific limitations depending on the Knowledge source which you can check out here- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/21960412486541-Use-knowledge-sources-with-a-chatbot. Hope it helps!

Did you also check the limitations for each of the specific knowledge source that you are using and if you satisfy those?

If yes, it might be a bug or some other glitch as well then you can reach the Zapier customer support here- https://zapier.com/app/get-help. Hope it helps!


Hi ​@Sparsh from Automation Jinn all knowledge sources are well within their limitations as far as I can see. I’ll monitor it for a few more days and then raise the issue with support if it continues. Thanks.
