Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble changing the email address for your account. I’ve seen cases before where folks weren’t able to change the email for their Zapier account as they’d signed up through their Google Account. Could that be the case here?
If so, you’d need to:
- Create a password for your Zapier account
- Then disconnect your Google account from Zapier.
Then you should be able to follow the instructions outlined in our Change your email address to change the email address associated with your account.
