Hello everyone,

I'm encountering difficulties integrating my Facebook Business account with Zapier. Here's an overview of my situation:

  • Facebook Account: I use a personal account named "Alejandro XXXX" to access Facebook.
  • Meta Business Suite: I manage a business portfolio titled "Alex FB XXXX" through Meta Business Suite, using the same credentials as my personal account.
  • Issue: When attempting to connect Zapier to my Facebook account, I'm prompted to authorize all my pages. However, in the Zap configuration, I cannot select the specific page I intend to use.

Steps I've Taken:

  1. Verified Roles and Permissions:

    • Confirmed that my personal profile holds the Administrator role for the relevant pages within Meta Business Suite.
  2. Reauthorized the Connection in Zapier:

    • Disconnected and reconnected my Facebook account in Zapier, ensuring all requested permissions were granted and the correct pages were selected during the process.
  3. Reviewed Integrations in Meta Business Suite:

    • In the Integrations > Connected Apps section, Zapier does not appear in the list.
  4. Additional Testing:

    • Attempted to create a new Zap from scratch, selecting different events and pages, but the issue persists.
  5. Used Page ID in Custom Field:

    • Manually entered the page ID into a custom field within Zapier, but this did not resolve the problem.
  6. Checked Integrations in Personal Profile:

    • In my personal Facebook profile, Zapier appears in the list of integrations. However, in Meta Business Suite, Zapier is not listed under integrations.

I would appreciate any guidance or solutions you can offer to resolve this issue. Has anyone faced a similar situation or have suggestions on how to proceed?
