Cannot turn on a Zap with Zoho Books integration

I created a very easy zap with only 2 steps.

 

  1. On new Sales Invoices (Zoho books)
  1. Send a message

I published the zap and I tried to turn it on, but it is turned off again inmediately.

The zap has no errors.

All app connections are ok.

Hi @Alessandra 

Check your Zap > Details > Change History for clues.

Get your Zap ID from the browser URL.

It will be the first string of numbers in the browser URL.

Then replace the XXX with the Zap ID to view.

I just came across your post here and wanted to check in here to see how you’re getting on. Are you still running into this issue? If so, according to Zoho Book's Plan Comparison, you must be in a Premium plan or above to use webhooks.
