Cannot change account when triggering invitee-created event

You should not need to have multiple Calendly accounts connected to Zapier if you are the Calendly account admin.

In the Calendly Zap trigger step, make sure to set the Webhook Subscription Scope = Organization.

Then use Filters or Paths.

Hi Troy, 

I do have the webhook subscription scope set to organization. The problem is, of the test events being pulled, I am logged into my admin account but I am trying to create a zap to trigger off a colleague’s account and not mine. How can I get it to grab the correct event if I have it set to organization? I tried your suggested method of opening an incognito browser to sign in again but I do not have access or authorization to get all of my colleague’s account login information. Is there a way to log in under my account and use their event as opposed to having them sign in to connect under the zapier account I am using?

You may have to configure the Zap action steps using the data points available from the Zap trigger step using the available example records.

If you need to use Filters or Paths then you can still set the desired static values in a condition to compare against a dynamic data points mapped from a previous Zap step.

Then you can turn the Zap ON and test live.

So from the sounds of it, I need to test using an event on my account to make sure all the proper filters and parameters are working correctly. Then, as long as I have those parameters in place to align with the event of my colleague, regardless of if it is my event or not, I make the zapier live and test it on her event and it should work the same? I just cant use the test data from another user in the setup? Is that accurate?

Give that a try since you can’t always select the desired example record from a Zap trigger step.

When in doubt, test it out.
