After connecting to my facebook account, when selecting the “Instragram account to use” I get the following error message:

Some reasons this could be happening:

  • Confirm if you connected the right account.
  • Confirm that there is data in the partner app.
  • Confirm that you have permission to the data in the partner app.
  • There was an issue retrieving data from the partner app. Please try again later.

 

My instagram account is a business account, I already checked that all  the permissions are enabled.

Please Help!!!

Could you please try inputting the Instagram account ID to the “Instagram Account to Use” field as a custom value? You should see your Instagram account ID when connecting Instagram to Zapier. Like so:

Y followed your instructions but when I imput the Instagram account ID to the “Instagram Account to Use” field as a custom value i get the following message: “No matches found”

Is there another way to solve this?

It looks like you have pasted the ID in the search field. Could you please try pasting it on the text field instead? Here’s how:
