No option for my business Instagram account when I have already linked the Instagram account with the same email Facebook page and I’ve allowed Zapier all access to the pages.

Before we dive deeper, could you please check you have given Zapier (on Facebook) permission to grant these permissions:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings
Once these settings have been verified please reconnect your Instagram accounts to sync up those new settings!
- Please head to the “Apps” page here: https://zapier.com/app/connections
- Reconnect your Instagram for Business account.

Hello! Thank you for responding to my problem, I have deleted my Instagram connection for ‘Apps’ and reconnected in my Zaps as well as allowing Zapier all permissions & access to my Facebook page. However, there are still no options for ‘Instagram account to use’.
There is one notable UI component which might be a problem, in the first page in editing permissions settings, when linking an instagram account it says ‘You don't have any Instagram professional accounts linked to a Page.’ but when I press ‘ Link account’ I already do have an instagram account linked in the ‘business.instagram.com’ website.

I say that because the Instagram for Business app currently only supports Business accounts and not any other kinds of Instagram accounts (like a “Creator” account, for example).

Thank you so much, it worked. Turns out my Instagram account was just a ‘Professional account’ and not a ‘Business account’, caused so much trouble but it is solved.

heyoh, I am having the same issue, there is noting available in the “Instagram Account to Use” menu. the “Link an Account” options takes me to a get started page for Instagram. I have gone walked through all the steps in the above links .
