Can't reach live agent support

The Ai Chat bot keeps saying we have to be on professional plan to speak to an agent, but we’re already on that plan. Is there no live agent? Some sort of gimmick to stop people from finding out there’s no live support?

Hey ​@House Lift,

It will not work on the 750 or 1.5k tasks plan. You have to be on the professional plan with 2k+ tasks. Hope it helps!
