Can't log into Zapier account

Hi,

We’re HXXXXXXXX AXXXXXXXXXX (a marketing agency) and our customer (XXX XXXXX) is using Zapier on their website > https://XXXXXXXX.XX/.

 

The person who created the login doesn’t work for XXX XXXXX anymore and he doesn’t know his password as well. The customer doesn’t have access anymore and they really need to change some thing.

 

Would it be possible to change their AVG Group account to info@XXXXXXXX.XX so they can adapt their password please? Or can you help us getting access again so we can do the modification they requested?
