set up a ZAP to create a record in Airtable every time an email arrives at parseur; used the copilot innumerable times but I still can't get 3 fields to flow through: ZIP, phone, and email

To facilitate a more comprehensive troubleshooting process, you should provide detailed screenshots of your Zap configuration

Hi @Athyron

Help link for how to manually map variables between Zap steps:

Hey @Athyron,

Can you post screenshots of Data In, Data Out as well as how each Zap step is configured for us to have more context?

yes, I can.

flow

@Athyron

Post screenshots showing how you Zap step 2 is configured in the CONFIGURE tab.

The Airtable Zap step has variables mapped, but the variables have “No data” for a value.

ok, thanks

Hey @Athyron,

Do you get this data in the trigger? Please post the Data Out of the trigger. You also haven’t posted how your Zap is configured. Please post as many screenshots of Data In, Data Out as well as how each Zap step is configured for us to have more context.

Right now you are passing data. If you are getting this data in the trigger then it might be problem with your formatting and if this data is not in the trigger then you may need to add extra actions to get this data. Hope it helps!

Check your Parseur template fields — make sure ZIP, phone, and email are correctly labeled and mapped in both Parseur and Zapier. Sometimes missing or mismatched field names prevent them from passing through to Airtable.
