Can’t connect my Zapier account to salesforce

My Zapier account is still in trial period.

I go to App, select salesforce, click a few more buttons, a window pops up, I select “production” environment, click continue to Salesforce and this error window appears. It’s not specific about the error.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Hi @Mikey Long,

Welcome to the Community.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The error you see when connecting Salesforce to Zapier usually indicates an authentication issue. To resolve this, ensure your Salesforce credentials are correct, verify that your user account has the necessary permissions, and try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If the issue persists, revoke and re-establish the connection by reconnecting your Salesforce account in Zapier.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
