Hi,

I have a question related the visibility a super admin role can have on an Enterprise account.

I have such access and I can audit all the Zaps defined in the organization, including the private ones. However, I only see one table in the Table web page, while searching for the table ids in the export of the Zaps returned more results.

However, by parsing the export of the Zaps I can see there are multiple Zaps using different tables, and when I try to open them I receive an errore message due to permissions error.

Is there a way for a super admin to list all the tables defined in the enterprise account? Or is he limited to only those tables that have been shared with?

Hi @al1304,

Welcome to the Community.

Due to privacy settings, super admins on an Enterprise account can access all Zaps but only see shared tables on the Table web page. Some tables may appear in Zap exports but not in the interface if they haven’t been explicitly shared. If access issues arise, requesting permissions from the table or Zap owner may be necessary. Improvements to visibility are in progress.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to ask.
