I’ve been trying to get the Functions feature enabled on our company account since March 18.
My email has access to multiple accounts (as clients have invited me to theirs), but I specifically need this feature enabled on our company account, where I’m an admin.
The issue is that the sign-up form (https://earlyaccess-sign-up.zapier.app/) doesn’t include a field to select which account the beta should be applied to. I was advised by support to enter the account name in the “Organisation” field, but that didn’t work.
The case has since been escalated, as this is a beta feature and requires involvement from the product team.
At this point, it seems there may be an issue with the onboarding logic on the backend. If this is case I find it quite surprising since functions have been a Beta product since end of 2024.
